Kalpetta Bamboo Cluster is the growing network of artisans’ micro enterprises, self-help-groups and other stakeholders using bamboo as a resource for livelihood sustenance, value addition and income generation. The cluster is located in the Kalpetta block in Wayanad district, Kerala State, South India.

Kalpetta Bamboo Cluster is being evolved through the Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries (SFURTI), the cluster development program of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission assisted by the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Industries, Government of India.

Uravu Indigenous Science & Technology Study Centre, non-profit, non-governmental organization implementing end-to-end programs in the bamboo sector, is the implementing agency of the Kalpetta Bamboo Cluster. The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is the Technical Agent.
